Where can you find vegan in Orlando?

I recently read "Skinny Bitch" and I am thinking about trying to go vegan for a little while and wanted to see if anyone knew where to buy good vegan food. What are some good vegan restaurants and what regular non-vegan restaurants serve vegan food as well?
